Indo Count Industries Ltd., a leading textile manufacturer, was facing a significant heat-related issue inside one of their stitching units. The high indoor temperatures, especially around the stitching machine sections, created an uncomfortable working environment for their employees. After a detailed assessment of the site and operational needs, we proposed a customized evaporative air cooling solution to effectively combat the heat problem. Our team installed a total of 32 air cooling units, including 27 units of the VC20U model and 5 units of the VC25U model, strategically positioned across the plant to ensure uniform and efficient air circulation. The system was designed to provide consistent, fresh, and cool airflow, especially targeting areas with the highest heat load. The entire installation process was carried out with minimal disruption to Indo Count's daily operations, ensuring a smooth transition to a cooler workspace.
